Operational PMO (Insurance — Global Delivery)

Role: Project PMO — Apr 2023 – Jan 2026

  • Designed and ran PMO governance: integrated project plans, milestone tracking, RAID logs, and SLA frameworks for a large insurance client.
  • Owned financial governance: forecasting models, variance analysis, budget tracking and change request support.
  • Created executive reports and dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) used in steering committees and WBR/MBR forums.
  • Coordinated cross-functional teams (operations, finance, infra, RPA, app support) to maintain delivery SLAs and incident resolution for P1/P2 events.

RPA Deployment Feasibility PoC

Role: Project Coordinator — Oct 2022 – Mar 2023

  • Led PoC for deploying 20 RPA bots — performed capacity planning, infrastructure readiness, access and application compatibility checks.
  • Evaluated deployment risks, defined scaling strategy and validated operational viability for large-scale bot operations.
  • Coordinated stakeholders across technology, operations and business to validate runbook and governance for bot onboarding.
